The cross is Sarracenia leucophylla &#8220;burgundy&#8221; x flava v. maxima. I noticed that a few crosses with flava v. maxima with a stronger colored plant sometimes come up with similar results. Not sure all flava var. maxima&#8217;s will do this though.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">As the new pitchers unfold and begin to color up, the green veins light up quite nicely against the gentle pink and white of the pitcher. Lovely work, James!
