Here are a few up and coming green seedlings. Some are a result of breeding with anthocyanin free <em>recessive<\/em> plants (those plants with that hidden mutation that suppresses anthocyanin production) with other AF plants. Others are just a result of straight AF breeding lines. Fun stuff!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Sarracenia (leucophylla x purpurea heterophylla) x leucophylla AF\" src=\"http:\/\/farm6.staticflickr.com\/5327\/8909163104_513db175a8_c.jpg\" width=\"534\" height=\"800\" \/><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Sarracenia (leucophylla x purpurea heterophylla) x leucophylla AF<br \/>\nThe parentage of this plant consisted of one AF recessive plant, and one AF plant. One of the surviving seedlings from this cross turned out to be AF, while the other clearly exhibits the presence of anthocyanin.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Sarracenia (rubra ssp. jonesii AF x minor var. okefenokeensis) x &quot;Green Monster&quot;\" src=\"http:\/\/farm3.staticflickr.com\/2824\/8909165362_2303527fba_c.jpg\" width=\"534\" height=\"800\" \/><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #888888;\">Sarracenia (rubra ssp. jonesii AF x minor var. okefenokeensis) <\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #888888;\">x &#8220;Green Monster&#8221;<br \/>\nThe parentage of this cross also consists of one AF recessive parent, and one pure AF plant. I&#8217;ve had a couple plants sprout from this batch, but this was the only survivor.
