A little bit of color! \u00a0(I know it&#8217;s not much color, it&#8217;s barely any at all.) Now mind you, the colors would be so much more intense under direct sun, but it&#8217;s finally nice to see at least &#8230; a little bit of color. \u00a0It *should* be a bloody deep crimson red by now. Being that it&#8217;s a tall plant, it&#8217;s closer to the roof so it&#8217;s getting more light than the rest of collection. \u00a0Oh, my <a href=\"http:\/\/thepitcherplantproject.com\/blog\/2012\/05\/10\/greenhouse-update-may-2012\/\" target=\"_blank\">lighting woes<\/a>. (Can&#8217;t wait to get that fixed &#8212; soon! Oh well, that&#8217;s life.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sarracenia &#8220;Prince of Darnkness&#8221; is a select clone of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carnivorousplants.org\/cpn\/Species\/v38n1p12_22.html#Alucard\" target=\"_blank\">S. &#8216;Alucard&#8217;<\/a>, which was born of a crossing between a heavy deep red select <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpphotofinder.com\/sarracenia-flava-var-rubricorpora-668.html\" target=\"_blank\">S. flava var. rubricorpora<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpphotofinder.com\/sarracenia-royal-ruby-3215.html\" target=\"_blank\">S. &#8216;Royal Ruby&#8217;<\/a>.\u00a0Now keep in mind that the grex\u00a0is registered.
